Nicely presented. What districts my eye is that the movement starts only after the cross dissolve is done - can you start it at the beginning?

Very nicely done Charles.    Looked like a nice location and the house did have a fairly nice sized yard.

Yes, it's a little small. Empty houses are hard to show well.The yeard is a good size.

The yard should help as a selling point.  Although some people prefer small yards that don't require a lot of maintenance.  

Built in 1910, 640k with 6k property tax for 1100sqf!? Thanks but I'll pass :-)

It's a nice area with charming older homes. This one just needs some renovation.

That's probably about right.

A smaller, older-type property. Handy for the amenities. No doubt it will appeal to someone.

Its an older home.

We even have companies that supply (and place) temp furniture for these occasions.

They are using AI to add furnishings. It can be used in video or photos. I only use them if the Real Estate broker pays for it.

But then the viewers see an empty house when they enter.
I was already a bit upset when the photographer used a 'too wide' lens for our house which made it look much bigger than it was.

I used a 9mm lens for this house. We make it brighter and larger. without one you wouldn't be able to see the whole bathroom or some of the smaller bedrooms.

Yes the lens is a 9-14mm I usually shoot at 11mm unless I'm in a bathroom or small room with no furniture.

That is (IMHO) very acceptable.
With our house they used a 10mm lens (FF) so the rooms looked at least 1/3 bigger than in reality.
I commented her on that and she said they always did that. But I requested a 20mm version for comparison and liked it a lot better.
The photographer was surprised, but since I was the client, she did it anyway.

Funny enough the buyer said that she was pleased that the rooms felt 'as big as on picture' for this house, so that was one of the reason she was not disappointed as with the other houses they visited.
She ended up buying our house, while the other one was 'better looking' on paper and she was reluctant to visit our house at first, but the broker pushed her to visit our house too and here it was the 'other way around'. The reality was better than the images.

Every Real Estate Broker wants bigger and brighter than life. If they wanted reality thay would use their cell phones and I would be out of work.

Well, I could not take her images with my smartphone.
She made superb pictures.
But the 10mm version (full frame, so not 10mm on 4/3) was just way too much for me.
The 20mm was perfect.
