More likely a kiddies' hideout than a wild camper's bivvy.

The farmer that owns this land swears he didn't build it and had no idea who built it.  He did say he had heard lots of weird sounds at night and his hunting dogs were on edge quite often at night.  His closest neighbor is miles away so who built it remains a mystery.

They do pop up all over the place here,   even more common than the hidden ponds.

They are digging lots of new ones over by the castle again at the moment,   but they aren't really hidden.   I do hope they dont disturb the marsh frogs.

I did a little checking and he contacted the local news station a year back about seeing a miniature space ship landing on his property and taking two of his dogs with them.  The article stated the police investigated but no sign was found of any indentations in the ground where the alleged mini spacecraft was supposed to have landed.  Could be why he doesn't want to find out who built that structure on his property.
