Hi there. You can enable or disable the vibration notification function (enabled by default):
(1) After the transmitter is connected to the receiver, swipe down from the top on the home screen of the receiver, swipe left, and then go to Transmitter Settings > vibration to enable or disable the vibration notification function.
(2) After the transmitter is connected to Osmo Pocket 3 or Osmo Action 4, swipe down from the top on the home screen of the Osmo Pocket 3 or Osmo Action 4 touchscreen, and go to Settings > wireless mic > vibration to enable or disable the vibration notification function.
Sorry that is not my issue, the actual issue is NO vibration on pair and your Senior team said this
Dear Customer,
Greetings from DJI Technical Support.
After confirming with the senior team, I was told that for DJI MIC 2 transmitter, there will be no vibration after linking to the Osmo Action 4 or Osmo Pocket 3. But there will be vibrate when turning on, turning off, recording and noise reduction.
Sorry for my previous misunderstanding. |
