But The Mi3P had a bit of a struggle to capture both the sky and the foreground. Even in D-Cinelike.

Just the way things are done these days.  Tear down an old house sitting on 2 acres and replace it with a 5 story apartment building.  They need to focus on infrastructure before they keep building like crazy.  The roads are overcrowded and  many are in bad shape.

Not sure about in the NL but here people tend to drive faster and crazier in the rain.  It always amazes me as I slow down during rain since it takes a bit longer to brake and stop.

Now that I think about it, when I was stationed in the Northeastern US they used to do the same thing anytime snow would fall.

Well, that is different here. If there is snow everybody reduces their speed and increases their distance. But it is a bit too much, so we get big traffic jams.

I'm thinking traffic jams are bad but a bit better than a bunch of wrecks caused by speeding on snowy roads which then closes down the roads until they get all the cars removed.  Good news is we don't get snow in Florida.

I like seeing snow in videos and on TV but I've shoveled enough snow over the years that I don't want to see any locally.

It's not that I'm lazy but I just have no desire to shovel snow anymore.  When I was stationed in two Northern duty stations I'd have to get up early and shovel the sidewalk and driveway.  After shoveling I'd go inside and take a warm shower and then put on my uniform and head out to my car.  By this point it had snowed more but not enough where I couldn't leave.  The issues was the big snow plows had come by on the street and pushed all the snow to curbside.  So I had to dive over a 2-3 foot pile of snow.  Finally, I bought a jeep with a plow mounted on the front of it.  Backed that into the heated garage and when I left for work I'd just lower the plow and push through the pile that would be at the curbside.

It certainly was.  When I got ready to retire I knew I wanted to be on the water and preferably somewhere that it never snowed.  The weather today here was superb.  30C, not a cloud in the sky and only 2 mph wind out of the south.  No wonder the beaches are packed today.

Well, we had a weird 24 degrees today.
Way too warm for this time of the year, but it was very nice.
