It's my pleasure Charles.  Since the weather was too bad to fly today I decided to go ahead and do my taxes; something I really hate doing.  I make quarterly estimated payments and it appears I was fairly close.  I still have to pay a small amount but at least this year I'm not having to pay a huge amount.

I just filed an extension. Waiting for some paperwork.

I had to do that a couple of times when I was still working.  I never liked to file for an extension as they say more of those who file on an extension get audited so I tried my best not to ask for an extension but sometimes you have no choice.  Fortunately, I've only been audited twice over all the years I've filed and both times no fines were accessed.  Paid to have a friend who was a tax attorney.

I use a CPA. with all of these little streams of income I msiplaced a few 1099s. I would rather have all of them then overlook  some.

No doubt about that.  I did an LLC for my law firm so I had to file as an S Corp.
