Oddly another boat has turned up on the mud flats up river and under two bridges from the usual spot,  looks like its under anchor.

Lots of boat activity this afternoon.  It’s sunny and warm but winds hitting 30mph and oddly mini 3 was struggling a bit today.

  It's probably getting tired from having to punch well above its weight against the strong winds lately.

I did notice it's looking grumby so I may need to give it a bath soon.   Perhaps thats why DJI went to a darker grey colours.

That's a strong possibility.  I still like the colors of DJI drones over the orange Autel ones.

The dark colour should also be easier to see against the bright sky.

thanks Mate,   the one time it did disappear for a day or so I missed it. But it does give some foreground interest for my early morning drone shots.

I had a light blue skin on my Mini 2 that looked bodacious on the ground.  However, it made it impossible to see it up against a clear sky so off it came.  Lesson learned there.

I can imagine how that might be a bit tricky,    OK here though as we rarely have blue Skys.

Yeah, the blue on blue was not smart on my part.  After a little experimenting I found that green was the easiest to see at a distance in the daylight.

Ive never tried green,  but my instincts would be black was better until the sky was full of horrid clouds or night time.

I went with green on the advice of my friend who is an Optometrist.  He was right about green.

Good question.  I know the Feds have purchased a few to tear down and identify internal parts, etc. Hopefully, they don't lead directly back to DJI.
