I just figured out its gonna be limited in the EU. But is it possible to bypass the limit to go for a run in A3?!?!

I really hope we can get 65mph in the UK in manual, 42mph is too slow :/ might have to return my order if this is the case as the fun factor will be lost

Those who are testing it outside Europe tell me that it has reached 90km/h in acro

Not in Europe, it is confirmed that the limitation to 19m/s still continues in acro mode.

As I have seen until today, the FCC hack is not working to unlock the speed limitation. Let's see what happens in the future, but I prefer that DJI offers us the possibility of losing the C1 label for a C2 or C3 label, just like it has done with the Mini 4 Pro from C0 to C1 to use the plus batteries.

Unfortunately, no. Avata 2 drone is not back compatible with devices which use O3 yet. Maybe never will be, we will see.
