I will keep it.  Not everyone can live without an acceptable 1X camera.  I understand that, but I can.  If I go through the repair process again, the replacement drone will come from the same DJI Mississauga Canada warehouse.  What are the odds?

The main camera does not tolerate frost.
At temperatures below -10 degrees Celsius, lens distortion begins to occur. At -5 everything is fine.
In the cold, the lens cools down very quickly.

Operating Temperature
-10° to 40° C (14° to 104° F

They are the specs for the air3 , temp in the air can be a lot lower than on the ground. How are you measuring the temperature at altitude.

Yes but thats temp at ground level, so if its say -10 then at 100m altitude it could be well over that , you can use apps like UAV that will give you approx temperatures at different altitudes.

Last winter I had the same problem when it was freezing cold outside. When spring came the problem went away. We'll see if the problem happens again this winter.

I got the same problem with my Air 3 - the tele lens is so so...when I sharpen RAW (DNG) files taken with tele lens, Im relatively OK with the result. The wide lens is almost always unsharp (my DJI mini 1 was way sharper - I understand it was taking jpegs and DNG´s are designed to be adjusted. But even after sharpening them in Lightroom to max, they arent sharp at all (ISO 100, f/ 1.7 1/2500 s!).

Who should I contact in Czechia to solve this issue? Seller? (I bought it via Alza.cz)..

Contact DJI using the warranty form, is faster...
Also make sure you send first some pics and video related to the issue....I have sent them a video with a large car park, all cars from right side in upper part were blurred a lot, showing the issue of the main lens.
