Seems the winds have not been kind to the Kite flyers either.

Im always looking for them too.  .   Someone did crash into the top go the Castle tower once and had to call for a rescue.

  Do you remember the Darwin Awards winner from a few years back.
The guy who attached a few Radiosonde Helium ballons to a garden chair to see how high he could get.
Flew so high he entered the jet lanes, and the airforce had to shoot him down.
Supposed to be a true tale.
