His work load has been pretty heavy recently, when you take into account the house DIY as well.

Im not sure how C1 helps as there are exceptions under EASA for flying with goggles.

As far as I know the only additional rule for fpv is to have a spotter. I don't see it in the law itself

BTW: In Europe the speed will be restricted to around 68 km/h even in manual (normally it/the Avata one) goes up to 98 km/h in manual.

My son is working on trains in Austria. I could provide views from that what you see when you are standing below a train…this could  be something interesting for Peter too ;-).  ….great shot. New technology versus old craftsmanship…

I've heard about the argument. Not sure if it's true.
In Germany it's forbidden to fly in nature reserves. That rule might, if one believes your screen shot, be invalid. Though they might do it as geographical zones...

In other eu countries they are doing that through geo zones  but you have deviated with wild life related rules.   Monty sent me a link the other day for that.
