Great news indeed, but looks like DJI Fly app update is missing for this? When Goggles 3 are connected to a phone with O3 Air Unit selected as aircraft, DJI Fly shows firmware mismatch error and the "update" button that it shows kicks Goggles 3 back into Avata 2 mode.
Edit: seems to be fine after restarting everything. Even live view streaming works, looks like we're just missing QuickTransfer but I guess that's reserved for O4AU

I have updated the firmware,  restarted the goggles and changed the status to the 03 air unit.
When trying to bind my geprc and my nazgul I am still getting the error "Drone version too early" anyone else have the same issue?

It works and it's great!  I love not having to reboot to switch modes like with the Goggles V2.

If you have problems binding your O3: hold down the power button down until it starts beeping the press the bind button on the Air Unit.

Question for DJI:  will the original Air Unit / Link / Vista also work with the Goggles 3 in O3 mode?

Hi, Regarding O3 Air Unit support. Does this require some additional hardware (like RC controller) or it is enough that I get O3 Air Unit + Google 3 ?

Yes, there's update for FPVRC3 too. Tested it briefly and it was kinda cool to see it auto-bind to O3AU as soon as I bound my Goggles 3

Did you also update the o3 aie units?

Yes, anything with the DJI O3 Air Unit.  Try downloading the newest DJI Assistant 2 (Consumer Drone Series) and updating your Air Units or Goggles 3 again.

It works, You need to update O3 FW also! Tomorrow will try range test if the weather allows it

Me dice es Estado (( Procesador de las gafas sobrecalentado por favor apague y deje enfriar))) la verdad que tengo ganas de llorar las compré hace 5 días y tiene este problema. Que puedo hacer?? Alguna otra cosa para probar..
Info importante en el ambiente que lo estoy usando hace 12 grados. Imposible que se recaliente..

Anyone notice any latency issues?  Mads Tech was mentioning that the update adds 5-10ms.

I did update the O3AU of course, but it took force-quitting and relaunching DJI Fly for it to work. No issues since.

Finally o3 support!!!!!!!!!

Today had my first long-range mountain flight with goggles 3 and was not impressed by the signal but left my goggles v2 at home and had no chance to compare - hopefully, tomorrow will go to a familiar place with both goggles to try and compare - is anyone done a range test with goggles 3 and O3 air unit?

YA LO SOLUCIONE SOLITO SOLITO !!!Las gafas están en garantía pero en argentina no me toma la garantía y tenía que mandarla a EEUU.. Así que no me quedo otra y solucionarlo yo solo, ya que el problema es de temperatura desarme las gafas y me encuentro que el ventilador andaba perfecto, pero el problema era que seguía calentando, así que dirigi el viento del cooler hacia el chip que necesita enfríar.. ((( todo esto me llevo 1 día entero)) ya que ni idea de desarmar unas gafas recién compras... RESUMEN LISTO ARREGLADO EL PROBLEMA DE CALENTAMIENTO ((( COMO CONSEJO A DJI  PONGAN UN COOLER CON ASPAS MAS GRANDES.. YA QUE NO LLEGA BIEN AL CHIP....  ((( CONSEJO DJI SI SE COMPRA UN PRODUCTO DONDE SEA QUE SE HAGAN CARGO DE LA GARANTÍA EN CUALQUIER PARTE DEL MUNDO ... POR EJ. EN ARGENTINA NADIE LO QUIZO TOMAR))).
