Does not come up as a drive letter, I can record video on it from the drone and playback in the controller? So strange? I might format it on the PC then do a disk check and then reformat on the drone? Not sure?

Try a different card and/or card reader and/or PC, and see if you can isolate the issue.

I did try another PC laptop Win 11 and it doesn't read on that? Strange. When I go to work tomorrow and am on my Mac I will use a disk utlil to see if I can do some type of repair?

There's no need to format it in the drone at all.
Just format it in your computer and leave it at that.
