Hi,

I am currently facing issues with flying the Avata 2 that shows a 0% battery on the Goggles display with the errors "Battery Communication Error" and "Non-DJI Battery" popping up. I had seemingly 4 harmless flights with - no drops or anything weird happening during the flight. I am using the Fly More kit batteries and as stated earlier had 4 successful flights with each of them. This issue just popped up randomly while trying to change the batteries.

Things that I have tried to debug:

• Used DJI Assistant on my laptop to upgrade the firmware version - V01.00.00200 - 2024-04-13
• Tried to clear the tips of the battery junction with a cloth as stated in some of the other forums for the avatar. Still with the enclosed battery cap for Avata 2 it's hard to reach.

Hi there. Sorry about the trouble. If I may confirm, does the error show up even when replacing the battery? Also, have you already tried refreshing the firmware from Assistant 2? Thank you.
