It's a replacement for one I made the other year.  The MIL lives on a private road and they have land both sides,   they put in an extra parking space on the other side from their main driveway.  Last year I was doing some gardening and a woman pulled up and got out,  she preceeded to walk away and I called after her and she told she was going shopping in the town,   a good 10 minute walk away.   I told her she couldnt park there and she got quite stroppy about it but did move the car,  since then I put up a sign thats succumbed to the weather a bit and this will replace it.

That was recorded one frame a second at 25fps so 25 x faster.    During cutting moves the machine is set to move at 1200mm/min and 3000mm/m if its just moving to a new spot,  Of course it accelerates and decelerates to do that,   it could be fast but not all materials like to be cut harder.

People do tend to park indiscriminately, everywhere.

This in part was worse because of the attitude,  normally she lets people that ask park over there as we sold her only car a few years ago.

I picked a sack load of wild garlic leaves today,  we found a very very large area covered in it.

There's such a general lack of consideration and respect these days.

Okay, so I haven't had my 3rd cup of coffee yet so I'm a bit confused.  You say this was created with Osmo Pocket 3 but taken with Mini 3 Pro.  Can you expound on that a bit please?  Thanks in advance.

She had that issue too with people using her field like it was a park.

That happened to a guy that owned a convenience store that he had tore down and was waiting on permits to put up a new building.  It was a baseball game Friday so about 20 cars parked on the lot.  He was not happy and knew it would happen again the next day at the 2nd game of a 4 game series.  He showed up early on Saturday and decided to let cars park there for $20 a car. He said he made over $360.   At least he turned a bit situation into a profitable one.

Okay, I figured it must have been a typo.  Signed turned out really nice.  I guess you are going to give it a good clear coat to protect it from the weather before hanging it.

that will be painted black and then the tops of the letters will be rolled with white paint,   its to go onto a black fence so it will fit right in. I'll post a pic when it's painted.

I picked 200grams enough for 2kg of wild garlic butter,

That should make the letters really stand out.  Then you just have to hope people read and follow the sign.

So far the existing signs seems to have worked and this is just to replace one I made from Mahogany thats not taking the paint well.  This wood is weird actually as it has cement layer in the centre.

That's interesting.  What type of wood is it that has a cement layer in the middle of it?

It's a door,  or at least it was.     Ive never come across this before.   The cement is re enforced with a mesh too.

I'm guessing it was an external door then, especially with all that reinforcing.

I dont beleive it was,   it's not hardwood which is  typical for an external door.

yeah, that is the problem with artificial lighting.

As I say,  Ive never seen anything like it.    Im assuming they do it to add stability to the wood.

Well that would certainly add a lot of stability and a bit of weight to the door.

Maybe yes. You'll find out in no time if that works.
I think 1/25s or a bit slower should work.

Next time I run the machine I will setup the Pocket 3 and give it a go,  in the mean time I have drain grates to strip and repaint first.

Nothing wrong,   I cleaned my parents patio in the week and dad noticed the drain grates (about 2.5m long) were getting rusty,  so I got him the paint and he's done nothing with it,  so I suggested Id take them, strip off the old paint and rust and re do it for him.
