Nice job, Charles. Lovely interior, if a little dated. and and nice bit of garden. But Oh dear! Those festoons of wires in front of the house ruin its kerb-appeal.

Agreed. The street was so busy I couldn't get close to get some shots without the wires in the way. We have wires everywhere in Staten Island.

It may make service and repair much easier if the wires are overhead, rather than burried. But I find it really unsightly.

Nice work! hope it sells quick so they see how your work makes a difference.

Lots of it in Europe too. UK is much better at concealed services - unfortunately this leads to a lot of excavation in roads and pavements when things go wrong.

I no longer commute, but roadworks are still a nuisance. On balance I prefer the absence of festoons of wires.

How about California's self made fast food debacle?  Hopefully, other states are watching and learned from the disaster California caused.  Massive layoffs in the fast food industry is just the start.  I think this event will just drive more people out of California.

I wonder when they will realize that no one wants to serve themselves. If I did I would eat at home.

Unfortunately, I like to dabble in my kitchen so I do a lot of cooking for myself.  I don't mind eating out but sometimes the wait staff are rude and the food is not prepared right (undercooked, cold).  I learned a long time ago to never send something back to be recooked.
