DJI mic 2 won't connect

Bought the mic 2. worked for a week. Then in the middle of a job, the receive just stopped receiving. All it shows is a speaker icon with a line through it and now way to get it to work. Lost hours of crucial audio for the job. And tech support seems to be unable to accept email or live chat.

Any ideas how to get it working? If not, I am sednig back for a refund, buying an different system.

Hello, there. Sorry for the inconvenience that it may cause you. Please follow our recommendations below:

1. Put the transmitter and receiver into the charging case, close the case, and open it again. Then take out the transmitter and receiver to check whether the pairing is successful.

2. Tap “Link Device” on the touchscreen of the receiver, and press and hold the pairing button on the side of the transmitter. When the indicator on the transmitter is solid green, pairing is successful.

3. If the linking fails after the above steps have been tried, please put the firmware package into the receiver or transmitter that fails to be linked and then refresh the firmware. After the firmware has successfully refreshed, repeat the above operation.

* This operation is only to avoid impact from firmware version differences. If the firmware has already been updated to the latest version, any re-updating will only lead to the prompt “Update failed.”

4. Please verify whether the transmitter is in Bluetooth mode by checking if the system status indicator is solid blue. If the transmitter is in Bluetooth mode, you can press and hold the record button to make the transmitter exit Bluetooth mode. Then put the transmitter to the charging case or relink by tapping Link Device on the receiver.

* Note: When the noise reduction function is enabled, the indicator turns yellow, which may be misidentified as green. Ensure that the noise reduction function is disabled before checking whether the transmitter is in a non-Bluetooth mode based on the indicator.

Hi, Inbought DJI Mic 2 transmitter assuming that I can connect it with my car audio system via Bluetooth.

But my car is not recognising it, while searching for Bluetooth device, my car systems gives a message as 'no blue tooth devices found'.

Please note that I am able to connect the DJI MIC 2 with my phone.

My Receiver doesn't seem to have a signal on the "Out" output. I have adjusted levels on Transmitters and the Reciever and I have changed cables still no signal coming out. I need to feed a signal to my Nikon z 6 which I have set the Reciever profile for...still no joy. I do have audio coming out of the Headphone jack which I'm reluctant to use but I guess if I'm careful with my Nikon z 6 input I could use... still I would love to know if it's maybe a bad output orif I'm doing something wrong or something not setup up correctly. I have tried other camera's as well. Any help appreciated.

I updated firm on both receiver and transmitters.
Still only one of my mics are working.
I have tried turning on/off and linking again with no luck.

The not connecting mic is able to record locally but no connections is possible for me
