I have a very frustrating issue I am hoping can be resolved.
I am trying to use the Lightcut app on IOS to edit and or download footage from my Osmo Action 4 camera and every time it fails.
I have mobile data switched off as I have seen there are problems when this is enabled, however every time I select clips and click next I get an error message stating "Download Failed"
I have tried using an ipad pro and also an iphone 14 pro max, both seem to have the same issue.
All devices including the Osmo Action 4 have the latest firmware/updates installed.
What is causing this and how do I fix it?
