I sympathise for you. When I went to Italy there was absolutely no place where I could fly my Phantom 4 Pro. I regret even bringing it; it just added weight to my luggage.

Oh, you already have it! I love the Easy ACRO feature as I've never flipped a drone before.

Try M out in a simulator first,  it's easy to crash in M mode.  Just getting airborne can be a challenge the first time.

I accidentally posted two. I only posted one, but it came is two. It must be some sort of glitch. BTW did your Flight Distance just increase? The last time it was 28,000km, now it's 95,00km. How did that happen?

I've done it before. M mode is basically fully unlocked mode. You can do some cool flips, but it's harder to brake in M mode.

I fly every day so Id expect it to change regularly.   Ive flown 5 batteries today,  two of which were the plus batteries.

But it shouldn’t increase by 75,000km overnight.

Phantom 4?????

But in the thread you said it was a Mini 4 Pro????

Have you actually ever been to Italy????

Do you actually own a DJI product????

How do you make 1000 points every three days???

Best to get high in Normal mode, then switch to Manual with altitude.  You can pop the Pause button to jump back into Normal mode if necessary.  I find it's best to initially set the gimbal to a moderate angle...5-10°...& fly forward at a steady pace.  Don't try to hover at first.  Also cutting back the rates & Expo helps.

Phantom 4?????

But in the thread you said it was a Mini 4 Pro????

You always want to start an argument with me, don't you? I own a Phantom 4. I apologise for the error: it's not Phantom 4 Pro. I mean Phantom 4 Pro V2.0. And here are two proofs that I have been to Italy.
Proof 1: This photo.
Proof 2: This thread. https://forum.dji.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=310491
Proof I own a DJI product: Look at some of my threads. Some of them have images taken on an Osmo Action 4, and I think I've made it very clear that I own a Phantom 4 Pro V2.0, a Mini 4 Pro, and an Avata 2. And I do not make 1,000 points every 3 days. You are exaggerating. I've made it very clear that points are not my goal.

What will happen if I attempt to hover? I tried it in the simulator and it was fine.

BTW Thanks for the advice.

Nothing as long as you stay on top of it.  Hovering in Manual mode is one of the most difficult skills to master.

AI does stuff more quickly and efficiently. You will only know when you try it out yourself. It can do in 2 minutes what a human will take 3 hours to do.
