Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Can you try to leave the Goggles on the charger for approximately 2-3 hours and check if the issue persists? If the issue persists, please use a different USB charging cable to further isolate the problem. Please note that the battery LED of the Goggles will be off once fully charged. Please keep us posted. Thank you.

Never got the goggles to work, exchanged for a new unit that flys and charges correctly. Thanks! B

I've had the Ciye Smart Goggles for a while and nearly given up on them cause they wont charge.
I've sent back 3 Ciyes to Finns and had them replaced for free but the 4th unit also wont charge so im thinking its me (not the product!).
The Ciye charges when its not fully out of charge, but eventually ill be swimming and have forgotten to charge them and they run flat.
I've tried numerous different power points, numerous charging cables (I have 6 of them trying to solve the problem).
I've even bought a 40w USB charge as I wondered if my 20w charger was not drawing enough power but neither charge my Ciye.
Im obviously on 0% charge so I cany even reset or hold down any button to get a light to flash.
Does any one know what im doing wrong??
