Can this product be used or recharged laying on it’s side?

It should work, but it will always be more practical when it is upright.

Very nice addition to your product line. I wish it came out a few weeks ago before my car battery wentdead from charging drone batteries.

I bought the Power 1000.
But where are the accessories? Virtually every SDC cable is not available. Even the carrying case can't be purchased.

For now I have only the AC and USB available.

How did a product launch with these missing?

Hi, barnytj. Here's the information for the two DJI Power: DJI POWER 1000 can fully charge the TB51 battery 9 times. DJI POWER 500 can fully charge the TB51 battery 4 times.

The 500 probably would have worked for what I needed it for but with that price reduction I just jumped on the 1000.  I'm not sure if my solar panels are compatible so I might end up having to buy and adapter.  I'll know more once I receive it.

It is recommended to use DJI authorized Zignes solar panels. If non-recommended solar panels areused, make sure the solar panels meet all the following requirements in order to avoid damaging the solar panel adapter and the power station:
a. The open circuit voltage is lower than 30 V.
b. The maximum current of one of the solar panels used is lower than 10 A.
c. If more than one solar panel is used, the total power is lower than 400 w.

Yes it is. Apart from a story of optimal atmospheric conditions for force cooling or capacitor for regulation, I don't see the point. Although 3000m seems a bit limiting to me for this reason.

Hello.DJI Power can charge DJI FPV batteries. Just plug the FPV adapter into the AC.

Is there a way to charge them using the SDC connector?
That was a big selling point of the product, since using DC to charge DC batteries makes more sense than converting DC to AC and to DC again.

Can you Charge mine pro 4 battery hubs and avid 3 pro battery hubs off of the USBc ports? I do understand you can get the specific fast charge  cable for the mavic 3 pro
