Hi, I'm going to buy a used Pocket 2 in the next few days.  Can anyone confirm if this device is linked to the owner's account as is the case with drones?  If so, what should be the process for the previous owner to remove it?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. When the previous owner activated his DJI Pocket 2, it was bound to his account under Device Management. If you purchase this unit from him, this will not affect the normal usage even if it is bound to his account. In short, the binding of the DJI Pocket 2 is not the same as drones. You can feel free to use it once it arrives. Lastly, he can request us to unbind this unit on his account but please note that unbounded devices cannot be bound to other accounts.
