Why no 1.13.1 app to RC2 ?

Reminds me of when the RC1 came out and the Fly App updates were always slow to come out after the App was updated on the download website.  Sadly we can't download the Fly App directly to the RC2 like we can on the RC Pro.

And I have been using DJI drones since 2016 and also in the past been a member of your beta test team.
I have four of your drones and the latest is a AIR 3.

So I ask again when will we have a correct APP version to RC2?
The current app 1.13.0 is slow and present P mode instead of the N mode.
Not a big issue, what is a problem is that the app is slow and in some situation slow and unresponsive.
