Hi, i purchaced a 1 month old Mini 4 Pro from an individual. He deleted his dji account before we could unbind it from his email.
He sent an email to dji support to have them unbind it but no word. Maybe they are slow in getting to it or is there another way to
get this done?

Just to be clear, what does the seller mean by he deleted his account?


If by any chance he means he deleted the app from whatever or logged out of the app then the account is still viable.

Exactly what i wrote, he deleted his dji account.

If you are in contact with the seller, ask him to input his email again and do the unbiding correctly

Way past that. doesn't work because he deleted his account.

He's deleted it from the app, not in general, so he should log in again and he'll find the drone binded

Some one posted a while back the same issue,   turned out it takes about 2 weeks from the account being deleted for DJI to automatically unbind any products from that account.
