Hi I have a brand new Ronin and my out of the box battery wont seem to charge. I have tried everything...
I can plug into the computer and see the percentage through the assistant, but the battery wont charge...Any help would be appreciated.

Someone answering a phone at DJI Europe would be even better...

HELP...I have a new DJI...The battery is 2200 Phantom...Charger is BC 20-4.  Used it once, worked great.  Now I am trying to charge battery and it is not taking a charge.  The only light that I am getting is the green
charge status light (It blinks green)...None of the 4 red lights even charge.  I have unplugged it and plug the battery back into the drone and runs the blades for just a few seconds.  WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?  Help...
