Unable to get DJI Action 2 Front Touchscreen Module to charge past 68% - any tips??; also how do i find the serial number for the module..all i can get is the caera seril number..thx

I did upgrade the firmware. And my unit is just over 1.5 yrs old the warranty is over. None the less I see this as a factory defect as I've used the camera a few times. Will you replace the defective module?

Thank you for the feedback! We're sorry for the trouble that this has caused. Regarding the battery percentage on the power module, kindly update the DJI Action 2 firmware to v01.01.05.10. The battery-balanced charging has been optimized in this firmware.

However, if you do find your device not charging to its fullest, you can provide us with the following.

- Product serial number
- DJI Action 2 firmware version
-Display of the charging process.
