Dear DJI,

I guess this is a problem that only you can solve.

My DJI Ronin in smooth tracking mode reacts more quickly to my pans to the right than to my pans to the left.

Ronin is kept clean, it has never been bumped or anything.
I have the latest firmware and I regualrly do auto calibration.
IMU firmware to v3.0, the GCUfirmware to v1.0

Also after 4,5 hours of use occasionally I get roll drift, so that is why I regularly do auto calibration.
Also both remote and thumb controller sometimes stop working and I have to remove Ronin battery, restart everything.

But that is all OK, only this uneven panning reaction bothers me as I cannot fix it.

If I had to send my Ronin for service, which country should I send it to?
Do you have a repair centre in UK?
