Good morning I received a replacement air 3 yesterday and activated it . On checking device warranty online it says warranty to be updated. Can you confirm this new warranty.
I also purchased 2 year care refresh on the air 3 yesterday. Can you confirm this is active and also includes cover for  the rcn2 controller you sent back with the drone.

CAS-19362259-Z4Q5V3 here's my case number I need it expedited the next stair please you all had it way too long now you sent me a defective item so I think I should have had one by now it's pretty sad this will be going on the record
