Thanks you for your reply.
Here are some blurry pictures: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fo/tr1su6lztuo53kgbelsty/ACLOvYctU8rxsOIJCEXbap0?rlkey=54d5hf7mvs6ls2exektmqbnoe&st=yn5kzr7y&dl=0
Thank you for the footage provided. May I know have you tried to troubleshoot before as following?
1. Check whether the lens is dirty. We recommend wiping the lens with a wet tissue.
2. Please keep the shooting target within the focus point. We recommend you fly your aircraft to a place where the shooting target is within the focus range (For example, 0.5m - ∞ for the Mavic 2 Zoom), shoot, and then view again.
3. Switch to the manual focus (MF) mode, and adjust the focus to observe any changes in clarity or blurriness in the image. If no noticeable changes occur, send the device back to DJI for further inspection.
If noticeable changes in clarity or blurriness occur but autofocus (AF) does not work, check if any situations described below apply:
The camera may not focus properly in the following situations:
a. Shooting dark objects far away.
b. Shooting objects with sparse or highly repetitive textures.
c. Shooting objects that emit light or are highly reflective (e.g., streetlights and glass).
d. Shooting flickering objects.
e. Capturing fast-moving subjects.
f. Attempting to focus while the drone or gimbal is moving fast.
g. Shooting objects with varying distances in the focus range.
In good lighting conditions, enable AF mode and tap the center point of the screen. Check if AF works. (AF is available in a specific region and does not work if you tap near the edges of the app interface. Ensure the shooting target remains in the center of the screen.)
4. Connect the drone to the mobile device through the app and check for any prompts about firmware update (ensure the mobile device is connected to the Internet). Update the firmware to the latest version as prompted. If no prompts appear, proceed to the next troubleshooting step.
5. Reset the camera settings in the app.
6. If the issue persists, update the drone firmware.
7. If the images are still blurry after camera settings are reset, go to s.dji.com/selfrepair and request a repair for applicable models listed below. For steps of requesting a repair, visit s.dji.com/repair-tutorial.
