Hi guys,

I am on the latest firmware on both controllers and the I3, but I can not find the controls in the RC controller for remote ID.  I have seen in a video on line where it is suppose to be, but I am not seeing those options in my controller.

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. The DJI Inspire 3 drone is provided with the RID function. To check whether the RID functions properly, an RID icon is displayed in the upper left corner of the home screen of the DJI Pilot 2. If RID functions properly, the icon is black, as shown in the following figure. If the icon is red or not displayed, RID does not function properly. In this case, you need to update the firmware using the DJI Assistant 2 software (Inspire Series). Hope this helps.

I do not see any icon that looks like rid.

Thank you for your response. May I know what specific firmware version you are using with your drone and remote controller? Please keep us posted.
