What could be the reason that if I just want to rotate the drone around its z-axis, the z-axis does not stay in one place, but while rotating it also moves in a circle of about 1m diameter?

Three suggestions.
1) calibrate the controller and pay attention to what the animations show.
Prior to calibration is the aileron showing any applied stick ?
Fly a test flight after the calibration has been done.

2) Calibrate the IMU.

3) repeat the flights with a phone attached to the controller then upload the .text flight log/s for those flights to phantom help's log viewer and post the resulting URLs here. Also, switch off syncing with DJI and upload the DAT flight log to a file hosting website, make the page public and post the URL here.

Some movement is normal but what you show is unusual.

I did the first one before the videos, and I was also wondering if the right jostick before calibration would show a deviation from 0 in the default position, but it didn't.
I will try the others.

The next step will be a full calibration.
I don’t know the history of the previous owner of the drone. I had an accident, after which I had to replace the gimbal cables, BUT it has this weird movement even before the accident!

I don't know if it still happens but the mini used to record a READABLE  DAT on the mSD card in the drone. From memory it was found in the MISC folder or one of its sub folders. The files name is/was fc.log.log, it is/was enormous, 512mb. If you can find the log post the story over on the mavicpilots forum, upload that log to a file hosting website and include a link to the fc.log.log file in your post. Some people there may look at the log for you.
I haven't looked to see if  an up to date mini still records that file nor have I looked to see if it is still readable but if it does and is readable, a copy of it should contain the DAT/s of the shown flights.
Alternatively you could download CsvView and process the fc.log.log with it,l but you should copy the fc.log.log file to another location and the change the copy's name to fc.log.DAT before you process it with CsvView.

The problem is solved! Unfortunately due to my incompetence, when I bought it second hand, I assumed that all calibrations were done. After installing the app, it only asked for compass calibration on first use.
I have now done the IMU calibration and it rotates perfectly!

Pleased it is sorted.
Be aware that if you fly it without a phone connected and or without the app running on that phone and or the app being logged into your DJI account, the drone's range and height will be severely limited.
