Hi all,
I noticed that for some reason the date(flight log) in my Goggles 3 is wrong. For example i made a flight this morning and the log instead of 19/05 shows 18/05. I connected the goggles to my mobile phone but again the date is not correct. Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Georgr

Hi, GeorgeFoxCinematography. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Please try to correct/calibrate the date/time. The method to calibrate is to connect the Goggles and the mobile phone through the data cable, and open DJI FLY when the mobile phone is connected to the network, thereby calibrating the time information in the Goggles. If the issue persists, please let us know.

I am not sure why the date is incorrect, but the Goggles 3 has a GPS which provides date & time data.  There should be no need to connect the goggles to a phone to obtain or update this information.  Simply powering them on long enough to establish a GPS lock should update the internal clock.

Hi there. We do apologize for the trouble. Kindly try to refresh the firmware of your Goggles using the DJI Assistant 2 and check if the issue persists. To calibrate the date/time, please refer to the response of DJI Gamora on post #2. Hope this helps.

I guess if you connecting it every now and then to upload your flights ,it will be ok.

the only way to make sure the date and time is correct is to connect your phone to the goggles before EVERY FLIGHT....
i tested and noticed that sometimes it even looses the date after not flying for 2 hours (on the same day).... you would think the time would be off by 2 hours in the worst case here, but no.... the date was also set to the same date it had BEFORE i connected my phone to it the previous flight.

refreshed ALL firmware of ALL components multiple times now.

this is getting really anoying, it is pretty impossible to sync footage like this.

this is a drone you use WITHOUT a phone, it has al the hardware on board to get date and time automatically (just set the correct time zone once via goggles or syncing to a phone with DJI fly app ONCE should be enough!!!!
The whole thing about not having to use your phone means you can get in the air FAST if you see an opportunity for a nice shot... but no... you first have to connect your phone

DJI, please fix this.
