I can't get anything to power on via the cord provided in the Transmission combo. I bought DJIs 100w 2 port power. What am I doing wrong? What do I need? Also, where is the section for the remote monitor and transmitters? Pro general?

Short:
DJI is Using USBC plugs just as Plugs and not inside USBC standard definitions.
Means inside the Plug are several Pins and used different as in a Phone or other USBC-Standart compatible devices. Therefore a Wallcharger Cannot supply your device with power using this USBC to LEMO adapter.
BUT you can use it to power the TX from the gimbal using the lowest port of the Gimbal. Also over this adaptercable are running communications/ controls for the gimbal.
I have not yet researched further but I hope my explanation helps.
