Does anyone know how much time does the inspire 1 take to be ready to fly with GPS locked, from the time I start the battery. I suppose here that I have a good GPS coverage conditions.

I wondered the same ting.. the best way to obtain this info would be to start the stop watch feature on your phone and watch the indicators on the unit and mark the time...
This info would actually help in managing the flight time greatly...

I wonder also but more about coming in for a battery change most gps units are faster if they know their current location. ie have not moved far from last use.

The Inspire acquires satellite lock very quickly.  Normally less than a minute or two.  It is much faster than my A2.

Tahoe_Ed...I noticed in one of your flights...where you had recorded the screen (HDMI input I think}...that you had a bunch of satellites and I was thinking that the Inspire GPS is a lot more effective than the Phantom.

The app have embedded the function.
Record the time of the rotor's working time.

It is and it is more effective than the current A2, WKM and Naza both in speed and number of satellites.
