a little bit out of topic, but is the neo worth it if i have a m4p and avata 2, and also is it worth it to sell my m4p and get and a3? or should i wait for the release of the a3s? thanks for your time
Depend on your use case.I had M4P first, but replaced after two weeks with Air 3, wanted to have the zoom, longer flight time, more power...
Later I bought Avata 2 to practise Acro, but I'm too careful with it, it's too heavy for crashing, so bought other 2" tinywhoops too. Now came the Neo, it fits in my cargo trousers side pant, I can use with mobile, I can use the RC-2 controller from Air 3 / M4P and I have the Goggles 3 and can fly basic acro with FPV RC3. It was a nobrainer for me to buy the Neo. On weeken I was flying in an old plant with lots of machinery an crashed the Neo several times, has not even a scar. On some minor collissions the Neo just made some pirouettes and continued flying. M4P would have been badly damaged. I really had so much fun with this little guy, that is what counts for me.
Downside of Neo: you need good light. Noisy (little bit, not much more then other 2" whoops)
My suggestion would be to buy and try it, an decide later if you want to keep it and probaly get rid of M4P.For me currently Neo, Avata 2, Goggles 3, and Air 3 with RC-2 covers all I need.
