Hi,
I'm using the Mimo app on a tablet to monitor and pilot my OP3.
I have to have both hand free because I use the OP3 on a stick.
Autorate parameter is off both in the tablet and the OP3 settings.
I got my tablet on my chest towards my face. I want to lock the UI in front of me but it still rotates !

The Mimo app is totally unusable because I'm moving, which is the goal.

SO, PLEASE LET THE USER DECIDE WHAT HE WANTS TO DO WITH HIS DEVICE BY CHECKING THE SYSTEM AUTOROTATION PARAMETER.

Look for a app rotation app in the app store and it should allow you to lock the rotation for set apps

On the iPad you can lock the screen so it does not auto rotate. Not sure if that’s what you want.

DJ is still a joke
1.cannot be installed on samsung A6 android 10. I will add that the tello apk and dji go apk from mavic air flash
2.samsung s21+5g, although on the phone it goes crazy, turns the screen and makes it impossible to work after exceeding 5 km/h, when riding a bike when parked, it behaves normalnym
3.Chat with dji makes you look like an idiot, you mention the problem and they tell you to buy a new phone. Maybe dji will buy new programmers. I spend 400€ and want to have something nice and not crap. Officially, it works. On Android 10, the support that responds is a joke. You can't delete it.  errors, it is not true that the phone is weak, but it is true that DJ doesn't want to pay for searching for such errors because it is unprofitable to pay for the work of an IT specialist where there are few devices with Android 10.  It's better to say change your phone, because people sleep on money

Hello, If you encounter any of the following issues, kindly send the product back for inspection:

1. The screen tilts after rotation and cannot return to the normal position completely.

2. After rotating the screen, it fails to lock in place and automatically reverts back.

Additionally, If you encounter any other issues such as an unresponsive touchscreen, inability to interact with any functions, or display errors, please place your screen on portrait orientation and try a forced power-off by pressing and holding the record button for 10 seconds. If the issue persists, please send the product back for inspection. Thank you.

Thanks for answering.
I don't have to send you the product back because :

1. it's not a DJI product, it's a Tripltek 9 Pro, so an Android Os
2. it's not an hardware problem, it's a software one.

The app is rotating even if I lock the orientation on my tablet or using a specialized app downloaded on the play store.
As I wrote, It's only happening using the Mimo app, not DJI Fly app, not any other app.

As I read in this forum, Mimo app use directly informations from the sensor and don't bother with the lock orientation.
Please change this and show how DJI is great.

Thank you for the information. When using the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 with the DJI Mimo app, the virtual buttons/icons on the camera screen should align with the current holding direction in various usage scenarios.

DJI Mimo app will identify the current mobile phone orientation through the mobile phone sensor data and adjust the display mode in the app. However, the UI adaptive display orientation may vary due to the different interaction modes of different products.

For some products, the UI display orientation may not be compatible with certain mobile phone orientations. This issue is not due to a bug. It is a special design for the UI adaptive display orientation in the app based on the product usage scenarios to make it more suitable for product usage.

However, we will consider this as a suggestion and your suggestion will be forwarded to the relevant team for a thorough evaluation.

Nathalia, It's now more than 3 months that you tell us the same. DJI release new updates and nothing changes.
we don't understand no more

Sorry but there are absolutely NO scenario where the UI should align with the orientation of the phone/tablet when the user have locked it.
we tested on all platforms and different brands, the problem is the same everywhere.
DJI have to let the user decide the orientation he wants.

Apple (which is not laughing with privacy) will surely be happy to be informed that DJI found a way to override the system-wide orientation lock

We pray that you understand the benefits for you to fix this right now compared to the inconveniences and unpleasant consequences of the previous sentence.
