Hi,
So I ran into following issue that my rc 2 controller don't want to connect. I just received this drone today. At first I was able to connect it after few retries. Then i was able to fly 500m away. It disconnected, there were no obstacles. Then it reconnected just before doing landing (wtf). After I did some firmware updates as controller asked me now it doesn't want to connect even. There is no option to downgrade controller or drone!
So I have few questions:
1. What should I do? Should I return it under warranty to shop that sold it to me?
2. How can I connect to my drone via WI-FI. There is password, but nowhere there is actually stated in documentation what the password is. I want to connect over wifi to check if something is wrong with drone or controller itself. (I want to use litchi since dji fly app is crashing instantly because I have android 15 beta, even light cut is crashing... please fix).
3. Why calibration doesn't work in dji assistant 2?! Button is gray and it's loading forever!

Update: In order to fix pairing issue, You need to do factory reset on controller and do firmware refresh (do it few times if doesn't work, for both controller and drone)

Troubleshooting steps;
1) Factory Reset your RC > Refresh firmware on RC and Drone > Run RC calibration (reffering to step 2)
2) Please do the calibration in DJI Fly App, (DJI Assistance2 only support for firmware updates)

For your inquiry regards to using litchi instead of DJI Fly App, unfortunately DJI products only support DJI softwares. Any damage caused by using the DJI product with a non-DJI product or third-party accessory/software that is not authorized by DJI, DJI Care Refresh services / DJI Warranty will not be covered.

Well then make your goddamn app work on android 15. It works on my damaged old android 14 phone but not on new android. What a shame.

Also I fixed already connection issue, but for some reason it needs to be done without logging into account. I had to login into account after connecting to drone. Otheriwse it's impossible to connect to drone. Also you mentioned calibration. This process can break something in drone/rc because it hangs sometimes at 80% of progress and nothing happens. As long as drone is working I wouldn't update anything or do calibrations.

Okay so connection problems happened again. I already figured out what's going on. This cheap plastic controller or something is doing problems. When I squeeze the controller a little more in my hands, I hear the plastic creak and the connection with the drone immediately breaks down. This is a manufacturing or design defect! I don't know how your products pass quality control, but apparently they don't.
