My Receiver doesn't seem to have a signal on the "Out" output. I have adjusted levels on Transmitters and the Reciever and I have changed cables still no signal coming out. I need to feed a signal to my Panasonic GH5 , which I have set the Reciever profile for...still no joy. I do have audio coming out of the Headphone jack which I'm reluctant to use but I guess if I'm careful with my GH5 input I could use... still I would love to know if it's maybe a bad output or if I'm doing something wrong or something not setup up correctly. I have tried other camera's as well. Any help appreciated.

May I know are you trying to connect and use your DJI Mic 2 with your camera device?

If yes, you can try by attach the receiver to a camera using the cold shoe on the receiver, then connect the receiver to the microphone port of the camera using the camera cable provided.

When using the microphone with a camera, it is recommended to increase receiver
gain and decrease camera gain for enhanced audio capture.

Thanks for the reply. I hoped I was clear but maybe not.  As the picture shows, I have the DJI Receiver attached to my GH5 and the DJI "Out" is plugged into the GH5's mic input. The DJI Transmitter is connected to the DJI Receiver and it's showing a good signal.  The GH5 is setup to monitor the signal from the Receiver but no signal is showing on the GH5. I have adjusted the gain on the Transmitter(Mic) and the Receiver to no avail.   If....I come out of the DJI  Receiver "Headphone" jack I do have a signal into the GH5. I "think" there is an issue with the "Out" jack on the DJI Transmitter for some reason....or maybe I'm missing something.

Below is a picture shows that I am getting a signal from the Headphone jack of the transmitter into the GH5. So I feel the cable is good it just maybe the "Out" jack is the issue. Also just wondering if anyone else has had this issue but looks like they haven't.

So... I guess the Receiver needs repair since I do not have a signal on the "Out" jack only the headphone jack?

I am having the same issue. Headphone out works but record out isn’t working. I’ve had it for only two months. Arrived out of state on a film shoot and this happens. Does this need to be sent in for repair?

Hi I am having the same issue on two units I purchased very disappointed to be honest.

i have the same problem. audio 3.5mm jack not working. all the days no problem and now no working. it looks like a big firmware bug. many users have the same problems.
i send it back to amazon to get my money back and buy sony or rode.

The help desk in Netherland didnt understand nor wanting to sent a new kit. I now have to send all back and wait for weeks/ months I guess.......

Yes cable to a Nikon Z6 camera. If more people having this very same problem please fix it so we dont have to send it to service in another country

I kind of found a workaround. U need the Multi-shoe camera adapter for the dji mic 2 and the latest version of the firmware to avoid a bug of the connection to the receiver.

but the Receiver's Out is still not working tho....

And is the sound signal from the headphones out different or worse than from the mic out? If not I can use that instead of sending the mics to Netherlands,,,

I also have the same problem for the second time. (When it occurred with my first mic2-Set I returned it under guarantee. Now it happened with the second set)......
