Hi guys,

Ronin 4D just arrived, plugged in the battery and... nothing! No lights, nothing when I press the button. I assume it's depleted from storage. I need it for a shoot next week and TB50's are on backorder here, is it likely to wake up on charge or am I screwed?

Is it expanded?  Puffy?  You buy from Amazon?  Probably old stock.

Bought from a very reputable store in the UK. No visual defects...

this happened to me and I bought directly from DJI. brand new 4D. +1 puffy dead dangerous battery. right out of the box.

when I tried to get a replacement I was told they are out of stock. lol.


this battery hustle is absurd...

Seems a very common issue, these batteries don't like sitting on shelves apparently. You'll have to get your retailer to rma it

i hope they will release an updated mount that will adapt with the TB51

Oh yes I had the same issue.  Puffy battery and dead on arrival
I'm curious how long it will take until I get a replacement.

Is there any reason why the TB51 isn't supported?

It's past time for DJI to launch an inspire 3 battery holder.
