I just got my MA2 out from storage. Tried to open the app and it does nothing. Uninstalled, restarted phone etc. Downloaded new version, installed, restarted phone, Same thing.  Its a Galaxy S22 Ultra. So what am i missing?

Buy a second hand compatible phone and use that only with the drone.

The Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is listed as a compatible device.  My grandson uses that same device when flying his Air 3 paired with the RC-N2 controller.  If you have uninstalled the App, restarted the phone and then downloaded it from the DJI download center, and then installed it you must be encountering a security setting on your phone.  Are you getting any errors upon reinstall and restart?  If so, what are they?

ah my mistake but why then can't he open it ? Alternatively try one of the lder versions from https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/dji-technology-co-ltd/dji-fly/
