I agree...what an idiot.  However, are you seeing the text backwards on that video?

text is reversed

The whole video and therefore with it the text is mirrored/reversed as the video was stolen from LiveLeak. Popular tactic with video thieves to avoid their stolen videos are identified (not sure how effective this actually is).

He appears to be standing out the front of her house, with her on the other side of the hedge. (That's just suss in itself)
So why fly at all? If he was after a perv, he could have filmed quietly.., but no.
Why not? His main goal was probably not to film boobies. But to get attention. Which just adds to the fakery.

Also.., leaving it within reach height at the end.., was just predictable. He's letting it get in range, for a dramatic ending.., and so she can pick it up and get a CU of her tits, which will make a good screenshot for the title screen.

Absolutely!  Not to mention at the end she didn't even have the quad, but most likely another type of camera as when she's carrying it, it's WAY too stable to NOT see any of the arms.  Yeah, it's a goof, but it still could be detrimental to our hobby.
