1. Check whether the firmware and app are updated to the latest versions (most updated app version: 4.3.60). Please check the app version on the “About” page in DJI GO 4.
2. Check whether the GPS-related options are enabled in the app and whether the app is running in the background.
3. If this issue persists after going through the steps above, please provide us with the following information via PM :
- A screenshot of the malfunction
- Firmware information
- Flight control logs
- App logs
