I'm trying to update my info at the dji.com page and I get tht every username I choose is already taken, even with my last name that not a common name. I think that in order to change and update the profile in the forum, you most do it through the dji.com page. Correct me if I'm wrong, and help me solve this Issue.

Yes, the user data base is synced with the dji.com registered customer. Did you happen to register on dji.com with multiple accounts which you may already used some of your preferred username?
