Hard to explain what it actually is, but when I pause the video, the image looks crystal clear but when I press play again, the problem continues.

If someone knows what my problem is and how to fix it, I would appreciate it.

Can't tell if you are talking about the video quality from your RC phone/pad or PC, but if it is the former, most devices can't handle such quality, hence the lag.
