Hello,I have a big problem with my DJI Mic 2 Receiver, I was updating the firmware and now it doesn't work, it freezes in the update process as you can see in the following photo

After a while this other message appears informing that the update could not be done, but when I restart the same thing happens again

I also can't see the normal screen with the menu, when I turn on the Receiver the Update screen immediately appears and I can't use the receiver

I have already tried to connect the receiver to my computer, it detects it, I copy the .bin file with the firmware again, but there is no solution, the same thing keeps happening

Does anyone know what can I do? At this moment my receiver is unusable.

Hello. You can delete the firmware first, then restart it to check for new versions for upgrade.
Please keep us updated if the issue persists.

Every time I reconnect the receiver to my computer the folder is empty and I cannot delete the firmware for that reason, the file is not hidden either, there are simply no files, the problem still persists. And if I paste the firmware file, what I reported in the first message happens again Thanks for your answer

Hello. You can try formatting and then upgrading the firmware.

I can't format because I don't have access to the receiver's menu, it is blocked and does not advance, the screen is frozen on "updating"

Hello. You can force restart and see if you can upgrade to the latest firmware. If the problem still exists, it is recommended that you send it back for further diagnosis.
