So, took a few videos tonight with a new IPad Air2.  Used 2.7 K and then converted to HD and edited it.  When I put it on FaceBook.. it's choppy and a bit blurry.  Sorry if it's been asked and answered, but what am I doing wrong or how should I do it?!

Hi. Without any specific info of what you did,it may be hard for anyone to give an answer. That being said, i have found that how you render the video has a lot to do with its quality.Frame rate to frame rate, and type of codex is very important.I have learned much from you tube videos. Good Luck.

ok.. thanks.
I videoed it in 2.7k and 25fps.  When I edited it (cut it short) and hit the 'Convert to HD) [on the bottom left], it saved and ran smooth on the IPad.  However, once on FaceBook.. it's blurry and choppy.  Wondering if I should just be videoing in 1080p and 50fps?
Still learning the differences between 2.7K and 25 vs. 24 and 1080p and 50 vs. 48 vs. 25 vs. 24!

hmm cant view the video. did you set it to public? btw for the blurry issue im pretty sure it has all to do with the bitrate.
I use the youtube recommended bitrates for uploads. Might be worth a try.

2160p (4k)  : 35-45 Mbps - 53-68 Mbps
1440p (2k) : 16 Mbps - 24 Mbps
1080p : 8 Mbps - 12 Mbps
720p : 5 Mbps - 7.5 Mbps
480p : 2.5 Mbps - 4 Mbps
360p : 1 Mbps - 1.5 Mbps

often quality from online  sources is dependant of the viewers Internet speed, and F B is one of the worst for streaming quality, I would "and often do" put it on vimeo or youtube and post a link to it on facebook

+1 for above - anything you post to facebook the quality is reduced - post a link from youtube or something  - that said even youtube reduces the quality

Looks great here, full screen.  Could use a slight level change as it is a little dark, but otherwise nice. Smooth too.

Thanks guys....
I'm gonna go with the YouTube option and maybe start a channel (planning on one for my new company, anyway~)

Tonight, went out and did 1080p/60.  Of course..now when I try to save it, it's giving me "error" message on every video!  Some times you can't win!  lol
