In the single operator setup, it's always a bit tricky to use the camera wheel knob to pan/tilt the camera while flying the I1 at the same time. Smooth camera shots are difficult to obtain partly because we can not do the pan or tilt at the same time and also the wheel is not very responsive.

Now we have intelligent waypoint flying, I wonder if it is possible to switch the camera control input from the wheel knob to the control sticks. For automated waypoint flying we don't need any control stick input, instead if the sticks are assigned for panning and tilting the camera during waypoint fly, I am sure we can get much smoother video shooting. Will DJI consider adding this feature to future upgrade? It will help single operator shooting tremendously.

You can use the devices touch screen to control the camera

I don't think CAA or FAA would smile on that one.
Pilot must be in control at all times and see the UAV at all times.
