Well gotta hand it to DJI, My Avata 2 got picked up on Wednesday, was sent to Netherlands from UK and got back a brand spanking new Avata 2 midday Friday. Just used the normal care refresh and not premium.
Very impressed so a massive thank you to DJI!
Quick question though, just gone in device management on DJI fly app and my old Avata 2 drone is still there. Do I remove it or will this be done automatically please?

Yeah excellent tbh! Do you have to ‘forget’ old device please? Or is that done automatically?

Mine was done automatically and my Care Refresh transferred over automatically to the serial number of the new drone.  I hope DJI still does that.

Thanks for the reply. The care refresh has carried over but my old drone is still there, there is option to remove device from account but wanted to check with DJI if i am ok to go ahead and do that.

You can remove the binding information for your original drone from the Device Management page. Also, Your DJI Care Refresh service has automatically transferred to your replacement drone. You can confirm by checking it on our website using the new SN.

Dji care scam, not notifying activation of product prior to accessing the drone. DJI should notify new users to activate DJI care after opening the product since it has limit of 48 hours prior from operating the drone.

Hi, I damaged my drone and have purchased DJI Care service.  But I have no idea if I should send the drone with the battery or just the separate drone. Thanks for the advice.
