I have tried it with 10 different android devices and it does not work...some devices i get a mirror screen on my phone from the camera but no control and sometimes I dont get any picture on my phone but with the controls for the raveneye app. whats with the conflict? i turn on Raveneye but it wants to use WiFi but then it says to disable wifi to connect to gimbal via Bluetooth. What is the deal? This raveneye never worked properly once out of the box...

ok...after hours of messing around i got a message to upgrade the firmware for the raveneye v1.3 i think...anyways..the update stopped at 80 percent then just quit. I assumed the update was over. I tried hooking it up to my gimbal and camera again and it WORKED! but i didnt have control of stuff at the bottom of the screen...iso and aperture and stuff...but the tracking worked and the force mobile worked...then i get a message on my phone saying that the firmware update was complete...(this was after it was working) anyways...now im back to square one with a black screen and no controls whatsoever

ive gone through all of this before. i think it has something to do with the wifi being 5.8ghz instead of 2.4ghz...the section is blank and i have no way of choosing between the two...

Hello. We would like to know what Android device you are using. Some Android devices may not be compatible. You can follow the following suggestions:
1. Replace the Apple device to test the connection;
2. Reset the DJI Ronin image transmission wifi and reconnect;
3. During the wifi connection process, please turn off the Bluetooth of the mobile phone system to avoid interfering with the image transmission connection.
Please keep us updated if the issue persists.

I am on a Samsung Galaxy s24+ and I am just realizing now another problem I am having with another DJI problem but this time it is with my DJI Mini 2. The Samsung Galaxy s24 series is too new to install the app for. I tried installing the app and got a message saying that my device is not compatible. What the hell? Are the techs there at DJI going to make the Samsung s24 series compatible anytime soon?

Hello.Generally, devices not listed as supported mobile devices can also be used if their system versions are the same or later than those published on the DJI official website (Beta system versions may not be compatible), but their stabilization has not yet been verified. It is recommended that you download and install the app to test the basic functions, or go to a nearby outlet (if any) for product testing. Thank you for your understanding and support.

the raveneye works with other devices that do not belong to me that i used only for testing. bot being automatically (by default) set to 2.4ghz. The problem is the android phone I want to use does not have the Wi-Fi Frequency showing anything (blank) on the Ronin app.

please go to the 6:00 minute mark of this video...its Italian and i don't really know what he's saying but the video shows the wifi frequency in the ronin app set at 2.4ghz. Why does my device not have an option to change the frequency?

1. How to set the frequency of the RavenEye: Enter the Ronin APP RavenEye page, click the setting icon in the upper right corner --- Wi-Fi settings --- Wi-Fi frequency settings, you can choose 2.4G or 5.8G.

2. How to set the RavenEye channel: Enter the Ronin APP RavenEye page, click the setting icon in the upper right corner ---Wi-Fi settings ---Select Channel, and click the channel with less channel interference to switch.

(For mobile phones to switch between 2.4G and 5.8G, check whether the corresponding mobile phone model supports it. For specific methods, please refer to the solution on the Internet or the solution provided by the mobile phone manufacturer).

Both Android phones in this video had the same update but phone #1 used to work until I did the update and phone #2 still works after the UI update.
