i have brand new BS65 battery station with matrice 350, after inserting the battries it started charging, but after some while it stopped charging and struck on waiting mode.

ERROR "Power Supply Mode Not Recognized"

i have tried different plugs
updated all firmwares
restart everything
but still struck on waiting mode

Hello easy peazy, after checking with our engineer, we would like to conduct additional tests to determine if the same issue occurs after replacing different batteries or slots. If the issue persists, it is likely that there is a problem with the battery box control board. In this case, we recommend sending it back for further diagnosis. Thanks.
