Greetings all, a quick comment with my experiences with DJI.

I own a Phantom Vision 2+ (18 months) and an Inspire 1 (6 months) and am happy with the products.  I did have an issue with the wifi connection failing on the 2+ and it needed to be returned to DJI for repair, but prior to this, I had prompt and regular responses via email trying to sort out the issue.  While it wasn't great losing the 2+ for a few weeks, everything was resolved without any hassle.  As a small business owner, I recognise that you get some people working for you that are great, others maybe not so much, plus we all have good and bad days.  So while we may be frustrated at the time with something not working correctly, keep your cool, be polite but precise, and everything should work out fine.

I know about our DJI products before they are released.  Because of that I had to sign a (NDA).

I totally understand this and support it........It must be hard having to listen to us complain knowing the fix is just there in the wings

Yes it can be but that is ok. I love my job and I can sympathize with you guys when things do not seem right.
